Here at YWAM San Pedro we have many opportunities to serve and share God’s love with the world. All staff serve as full time missionaries who raise their own monthly support.

As long term staff you will truly have the chance to make a difference! You will get to know the area, the people and their needs in a profound way, and you will be sticking around long enough to do something about it. You can play a key role in building up our current ministries! We need people who can see the needs around us, take initiative and take responsibility for what God lays on your heart while you are here. Community development, construction, teaching or street evangelizing – the opportunities for spreading God’s love to the Dominican Republic are vast!
Are you ready to serve in practical ways at the base?
As long term staff you can also play a key role in maintaining and developing the base and the ministries from the “inside”. Maybe you are a great cook, a skilled communicator, experienced with graphics or an awesome housekeeper? There is a lot of work to do at the base.
